Copiaclassica is a large-scale distributor with it’s headquarter in England. Therefore it is governed by the legalities of the European Union. The products we offer are selected in high-class shops in Italy and sold to our clients at the lowest prices. This furniture is neither licensed nor does it have a signature of the designer. It is much cheaper than the so-called originals and the low price doesn’t have any influence on the quality of these goods.

It is produced in modern factories with the latest state of engineering and difficult manual labour. The ordered goods will be delivered from Italy directly to your home.

The furniture presented on our homepage is the common offer. By sending your order you're not automatically entering into a contract, you're only demanding for what we offer. After processing your request we'll send you a confirmation. If you want to pick up your ordered furniture yourself you need to put a remark on your order form. If you don't do so we'll automatically send your particulars to a forwarding agency which will (after you confirm the price) deliver your order. (We don’t deliver the orders ourselves because we don't have a licence)

We treat the particulars of our clients confidentially on legal authority of data protection.

The warranty for our products is 4 years starting from the date of acquisition. If you experience some problems that are due to a fabrication defect or a fault in the material we will send you a replacement part or replace the faulty piece of furniture. For this service we require your invoice. The producer is given the possibility to repair the faulty good twice before it is replaced.

The customer can return the furniture within five days in case it is not to his liking. The taking back is possible only if the customer is able to return the cardboard box, the foil, and all the covers that were included in the carton. Furthermore the taking back is not possible if the good is faulty. In this case Copiaclassica is given the right to repair it and the good can’t be returned for the reason of not liking it anymore.

The product is property of Copiaclassica until the entire price is paid. In case something concerning the trade of goods isn’t mentioned here the terms of trade of the country where the headquarter is are effective.
