Copiaclassica.com is an online shop operated by the worldwide furniture trader Trendy Style Limited of which the European operation is managed by T.S. Trade Solutions Limited. T.S. Trade Solutions Limited is based in England and is therefore governed by the legalities of the European Union.

The products we offer are selected from high-class manufacturers in Italy and are sold to our clients at the lowest prices. The furniture items are not licensed and do not have a signature of the designer. They are exact copies of the original design but are much cheaper than the so-called originals, while the high quality is unaffected. They are produced in modern factories with state-of-the-art engineering techniques and top handicraft. Orders are delivered from Italy directly to customers’ door step.

The furniture items presented on our web site are intended as a general offer. By sending your order through the shopping cart or an email, you are not automatically entering into a contract, but are only demanding for what we offer. After processing your request we will send you a confirmation. If you want to pick up your ordered furniture yourself you need to put a remark on your order form. If you don't do so your particulars will be automatically sent to a forwarding agency which will (after you confirm the price) deliver your order. We do not deliver the orders ourselves because we do not have a licence.

We treat the particulars of our clients confidentially on legal authority of data protection. We respect your privacy and appreciate your trust in us to handle information carefully and sensibly.

The warranty for our products is 5 years starting from the date of purchase. If you experience problems caused by a fabrication defect or a fault of the material we will send you a replacement part or replace the faulty piece. For this service we require your invoice. The producer is given the possibility to repair the faulty good twice before it is replaced.

The customer can return the furniture within 5 days in case it is not to his liking. The taking back is possible only if the customer is able to return the unused item in its original packaging including the cardboard box, the foil, and all the covers in the carton. However the taking back is not possible if the item has already been repaired or replaced due to a fabrication defect or a fault of the material.

The product is property of Copiaclassica until the entire price is paid. In case something concerning the trade of goods is not mentioned here the terms of trade of the country where the headquarter is are effective.
